Our Favorite Wedding Venues in Central Arkansas

A few of the real Arkansas wedding and portrait locations I return to again and again — every one shown here from a wedding I've actually photographed.

Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens, one of Central Arkansas's favorite wedding venues

Central Arkansas has a genuinely wide range of wedding venues, from glass chapels in the woods to rustic barns and open riverside parks. Rather than list every venue in the state, I wanted to share the ones I know firsthand — places I've actually stood in with a camera, watched the light move through, and photographed real couples on their wedding day. Here are the three I recommend most.

Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens

Floor-to-ceiling glass surrounded by forest makes this easily one of the prettiest ceremony spaces in the state, and it's my most-requested Hot Springs venue. The wooded grounds around the chapel also make for some of my favorite bridal portrait backdrops in Arkansas.

The barn and open fields at Cedar Hill Farm, a rustic wedding venue in Benton, Arkansas

Rolling fields, a weathered barn, and a quiet pond give this venue a relaxed, homey feel that's hard to find anywhere else in Central Arkansas. It's my go-to recommendation for couples who want a rustic, unfussy wedding day.

Open fields and trails at Two Rivers Park, a popular engagement photo location in Little Rock, Arkansas

Two Rivers Park

Not a ceremony venue, but one of my favorite spots in Little Rock for engagement sessions — open fields, river views, and a pedestrian bridge that catches beautiful evening light. If your wedding venue doesn't have room for portraits, this is where I'd send you.

Choosing the Right Venue for Your Day

If you're drawn to a dreamy, ceremony-ready space, Anthony Chapel is hard to beat. If you want a relaxed, rustic feel with room to spread out, Cedar Hill Farm delivers. And if your venue doesn't have great space for portraits, Two Rivers Park is a five-minute detour that's worth every second. Whatever you choose, I'm happy to walk the space with you ahead of time so we know exactly where the best light and backdrops will be on your wedding day.
