Argenta brick, the Old Mill, and the best view of the Little Rock skyline — photographed the way your day actually felt.
Check Your DateNorth Little Rock gets talked about like Little Rock's little sibling, but for weddings it has a personality all its own. Argenta's brick storefronts and historic homes, the riverfront looking back at the downtown skyline, and the shaded paths around the Old Mill give you a lot of variety in a few square miles.
I'm based in southwest Little Rock, so North Little Rock is just across the river for me — close enough that I can scout your venue ahead of time and plan around its light. I photograph weddings, engagement sessions, and wedding films here, and I keep the whole thing relaxed: candid coverage, gentle direction when it helps, and no stiff posing marathons.
Curious what it costs? Every collection is laid out on my investment page.

North Little Rock's venue list is short but distinctive — historic homes, big event halls, and Argenta spots that put you a short walk from great photo backdrops.
A National Register–listed mansion in the heart of the Argenta Arts District, with a grand staircase, original chandeliers, and garden space outside. The staircase alone is worth planning a few portraits around.
A converted church right across West 4th Street from the Manees House, with soaring ceilings, stained glass and a courtyard, for up to 250 guests. The two can be booked together for a ceremony in one and reception in the other.
A large event center on the north side of town with indoor and outdoor space — a good fit for big guest lists that still want some greenery in the photos.
Plenty of North Little Rock couples host rehearsal dinners or intimate receptions along Main Street, then step outside for portraits against the brick and murals.
Venue details and availability change, so confirm current offerings directly with each venue before you plan around one.

North Little Rock might have the best concentration of engagement-session spots in Central Arkansas. A few I recommend most:
A re-creation of an 1880s water-powered grist mill — it's in the opening of Gone with the Wind — surrounded by stonework, footbridges, and a pond. It's popular, so I like an early-morning or weekday session to have it mostly to ourselves.
Brick, painted signs, and storefront glass for a city feel. Great at golden hour when the buildings glow and the streets quiet down.
Open river views, the downtown Little Rock skyline across the water, and the long lines of the Big Dam Bridge for something more expansive.
If you're adding video, North Little Rock is an easy place to film. Short drives between venue and portrait spots mean more of the day ends up on camera instead of in the car, and the riverfront gives highlight films a big, open sense of place.
See wedding filmsParking around Argenta can get tight on weekend evenings, especially when there's a ballgame at Dickey-Stephens Park. If your venue doesn't have its own lot, it's worth arranging a shuttle or at least telling guests where to park.
For portraits, the riverfront faces Little Rock to the south, which means soft, even light on your faces as the sun drops in the evening. I build the timeline so we're out there for the last hour of daylight.
No. North Little Rock is about 20 minutes from my Little Rock studio and part of my regular coverage area, so there's no added travel fee.
Yes — it's a public park, and it makes a great portrait stop if your venue is nearby. It does get busy on weekends, so we'll plan a realistic window for it and have a backup spot ready.
The Old Mill for a storybook feel, Argenta's Main Street for brick and city texture, and the riverfront or Big Dam Bridge for open views of the Little Rock skyline.
Yes. I offer wedding films alongside photography, so one team covers both and you only have one schedule to coordinate.

Tell me a little about your day and venue, and I'll be in touch — no pressure, just a friendly conversation.
